Dear Sir o Madam

I am the captain of a rugby club in Banyoles, Catalonia. The name of the club is Banyoles Rugby Club I am writing to you because we are planning a competition and we are looking for sponsors.

The competition will take place in April. Teams and fands from nine countries are going to be in Banyoles for this event, and I think that it will be good publicity for you company. And we need hotels or hostel with the players and the fans.
